Our James inspired ice cream leads with a fragrant lavender milk ice cream rippled with a blueberry swirl, chewy blueberry mochi and topped with crystallised rose petals! This is a really unique ice cream which is quickly becoming our favorite of the set. An inital burst of lavender, reminiscent of a fresh mint is followed by chewy balls of blueberry mochi which leave you digging for the next mouthful.
No expense was spared here, as we couldnt resist topping each ice cream with crystallised rose petals in true James fashion!
