Easter Delivery Policy

FREE DELIVERY!!! MINIMUM SPEND £35

Due to the monumental cost involved in sending ice cream in the post with dry ice I will  instead be delivering myself each order the week before Easter! Due to the logistics involved and scale of my business I have limited deliveries to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Telford, Birmingham and London.

IF you fall outside of the delivery areas and would like to place an order please get contact info@bigkidicecream.com with your details as I may be able to make an exception!

Please see below a full list of postcodes I will be delivering too.

Delivery Dates

London Postcodes N, NW, E, EC, SE, SW, WC, KT  -  delivery Tuesday 4th April.

Wolverhampton, Dudley, Telford and Birmingham Postcodes WV, DY, TF, B - delivery Wednesday 5th April.

Please make sure you are in to accept the delivery on the date specified above. I will make contact on the day with an expected delivery time. Deliveries are between 8am-8pm. If you are not in, or have asked me to do so, I will attempt to deliver to a neighbour. Please note that deliveries will not be packed with dry ice so will therefore not last long outside a freezer.

I am unable to offer other delivery options or times. So I can only apologise if these don't work for you this time! If you are local to Wolverhampton, exceptions can be made easily so please get in touch to info@bigkidicecream.com should you wish to arrange delivery or collection from Big Kid HQ on a different day.

 

​Minimum Spend​

There is a minimum spend of £35 which includes FREE POST & PACKAGING.
