DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please read the following before placing your order!

Ice Cream deliveries are available for the following areas;
Minimum spend £30

1.⁠ ⁠London (North of the River): Mon 15th Dec

2.⁠ ⁠London (South of the River): Tue 16th Dec

3.⁠ ⁠Wolverhampton: Thu 18th Dec

Collection from Wolverhampton HQ on alternate dats available upon request - msg me to arrange.

4. Nationwide Dry Ice Courier: We will NOT be offering Nationwide Courier deliveries this Xmas

As couriers are unable to guarantee next day delivery during the busy festive period we will unfortunately be unable to offer nationwide delivery this time.

​

For those ordering for delivery in London & Wolverhampton we will attempt to make your delivery between 10am-10pm and I will keep you updated with tracking info on the day.

​

Please make sure you are placing your order on the correct day/delivery zone.​ And please make sure you are in to accept your delivery. Unfortunately I am unable to offer a specific time slots for delivery however will accommodate as best I can on the day.

​

If you are not in, we will attempt to delivery to a neighbour or leave in a safe space. Please note if you are not in and we are unable to deliver to a neighbour we will be unable to offer a refund on your order. In the case of a failed delivery we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered to our store at 1 Kingly Street, Soho for you to collect. However, please note due to limited holding capacity at our shop, we may not always be able to offer this!

In any case we will be in contact with you on delivery days should any issues arise!

Surplus tubs will also be available to collect from our store in Soho which is open 7 days a week. Please check our opening times before making your journey.
