Delivery Policy

To ensure the freshest and most economical delivery of the perfect ice cream, I have organised monthly delivery slots. Deliveries are typically during the last week of every month.

Delivery Schedule

​

April Deliveries (April 30th - 2nd May)

​

- Wolverhampton & Telford, Tuesday 30th April (WV, TF postcodes)

- Birmingham, Wednesday 1st May (DY, B postcodes)

- London (excluding congestion zone), Thursday 2nd May (N, NW, E, EC, SE, SW, EC, KT)

Delivery Options

There are a few delivery options available depending on where you live;

​

1) *By hand delivery (£3)*

Available in Wolverhampton (WV), Birmingham (B), Telford (TF), Dudley (DY) and London (excluding congestion zone) (N, NW, E, EC, SE, SW, WC, KT).

2) *Collection*

Collection from WV6 or SW11 may be arranged upon request. Contact us to coordinate a suitable date and time.

Free delivery for all orders over £50.

​

Minimum Order

All orders must meet a minimum spend of £20.

​

Delivery Instructions

1) Please ensure some is available to accept the delivery on the specified date.

2) Deliveries will occur between 8am and 8pm.

3) If absent, or upon request, attempts will be made to deliver to a neighbour.

4) I will text on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time so you can plan your day. 

Please note: hand deliveries are not packed with dry ice and should be stored in a freezer promptly.

Special Arrangements

I/we are a very small team so are limited in what we can offer, but there may be potential to offer 'special' delivery arrangements. Please get in touch and we can try to figure something out together.
